Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs is about to be hit with a second batch of Sєxual ᴀssault lawsuits, including allegations he drugged and raped a 13-year-old girl.
Texas lawyer Tony Buzbee announced the seven new claims on Sunday night, days after he filed the first six lawsuits by anonymous claimants last Monday. More than 100 other potential victims have come forward.
Combs was arrested last month in Manhattan after a probe into alleged Sєx trafficking, and he is accused of drugging and raping victims as young as nine.
Two of the new alleged victims were teenagers at the time they claim the disgraced rapper and music mogul abused them, one 17 and a girl who was just 13.
Diddy is accused of aggravated Sєxual ᴀssault, Sєxual abuse, and Sєxual exploitation in the seven lawsuits by four male and three female plaintiffs.

Diddy is also accused of drugging the 13-year-old girl in 2000, raping a man in 2022, and the Sєxual ᴀssault of a woman in 2022.
The lawsuits are expected to be filed in the US District Court in Manhattan overnight, and their contents made public soon after.
‘Several other individuals are referenced in the case filings but are not at this time formerly named as defendants,’ Buzbee said, without naming them.
‘We will let the allegations in the filed complaints speak for themselves, and will work to see that justice is done.’
Buzbee said though some of the claimed abuse was more than two decades ago, as far back as 2000, ‘most of the events described occurred in 2022’.
‘The egregious conduct set out in the lawsuits occurred in New York, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas,’ he said.
All the plaintiffs will be be anonymous, like the first six whose lawsuits were filed last week.
Buzbee warned Diddy could expect a deluge of lawsuits that would not stop any time soon – and others should also be worried.
‘We expect to be filing cases weekly naming Mr Combs and others as defendants as we continue to gather evidence and prepare the filings,’ he said.
Houston attorney Tony Buzbee said he expects lawsuits to be filed within the next month, with most expected to be filed in New York and Los Angeles
Buzbee is lead counsel on the lawsuits through his Buzbee Law Firm outfit in Houston, with AVA Law Group in California and Curis Law in New York ᴀssisting.
The lawyer said last week that a H๏τline he set up for victims and witnesses of Diddy and his ᴀssociates had 12,000 calls in 24 hours.
His team gathered enough evidence to file 120 victims’ lawsuits against the rapper, and announced them at a press conference three weeks ago.
Of the 120 alleged victims, 25 were underage at the time of the abuse, the youngest being 9, 14, 15.
‘This individual, who was nine years old at the time, was taken to an audition in New York City with Bad Boy Records,’ he said at the press conference.
‘This individual was Sєxually abused allegedly by Sean Combs and several other people at the studio in the promise to both his parents and to him himself of getting a record deal.’
The claims are coming from victims who were seeking TV or music careers and the rapper promised to make them a star, as well as, those who were simply invited to Diddy’s afterparties, Buzbee said.

Diddy’s annual Labor Day ‘White Party’ was known for being crazy and often getting out of control, with neighbors often calling the cops to complain about noise
Combs founded Bad Boy Records in 1993, the label that launched the careers of Notorious B.I.G., French Montana and Machine Gun Kelly.
‘Other boys were there to audition as well,’ Buzbee said. ‘All of them were trying to land a record deal. All of them were minors.’
‘Another minor told allegedly by Sean Combs that he would make him a star, but he needed to visit with him in private about it away from his parents.
‘Once they were in private area, allegedly Mr. Combs made the victim perform oral Sєx upon him.’
Fresh accusations flooded Buzbee’s law firm since federal prosecutors announced a federal indictment against Diddy and arrested him.
‘An individual, 15 years old at the time, flown to New York City to attend a party was drugged and then taken into a private room allegedly in the presence of Mr Combs where this female individual – a minor – was raped and then other individuals took turns raping her,’ Buzbee said.
Working with law enforcement, the attorney said many accusers have been weeded out with non-credible stories.

Many of the new victims had previously told law enforcement that they had been abused, including some who cooperated with the FBI.
Many have medical records that prove they had been raped or drugged, Buzbee added.
‘Drugs were found in their system– weird drugs, drugs that you probably never heard of,’ Buzbee explained.
‘One in particular that continues to pop up is a drug called Xylazine, or tranq, which based on our research is known as a horse tranquilizer.’
Diddy’s lawyers denied all the claims shortly after Buzbee went public with his plan to file at least 120 lawsuits.
‘Mr Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he Sєxually abused anyone, including minors,’ Combs’ lawyer Erica Wolff told DailyMail.com.
‘He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.’
The alleged victims are scattered throughout the country, but many are in California, New York, Florida and Georgia.
About half are women, and the other half are men, Buzbee said.

Much of the alleged abuse happened at parties, such as Diddy’s infamous white parties or ‘puppy parties’.
‘One individual who was 22 years at the time she was ᴀssaulted said that the typical MO at one of these parties… was that when you were handed a drink, and now we know that the drink is laced with something, that if you refused to drink it, you were kicked out of the party,’ Buzbee detailed.
In another disturbing case, an adult pregnant woman claims she was raped after attending a group dinner with Combs in Miami.
‘She wasn’t drinking because she was pregnant, but whatever she drank at the table, apparently was laced with something,’ Buzbee said.
‘She blacked out, and she woke up in the same bed, again allegedly with Mr. Combs in his mansion in Miami. Her vagina and her anus were torn and sore, and I could go on. And literally, you’re sensing a theme here.
‘If you’re out there, and you have been victimized, you are not alone. There is a great strength in numbers.’
