The AFL WAG, 41, took to Instagram on Wednesday to spruik a tanning product as she flaunted her enviable frame and opened up about the wildest time of her life.
In the video, the wife of Chris Judd showed off her incredible figure in a strapless black bra and high-waisted underwear as she gave an insight into her beauty regime.
She applied the Violet Days product from Spray Aus as she revealed exactly how she manages to maintain her sun-kissed glow.
However, Bec admitted she has not always looked fondly back on some of her fashion and beauty decisions, sharing her biggest regret from when she was in her 20s.
She told how she used to put a bag over her head so she could tan in a sunbed as she shared her horror over how bad it was for her health.
Rebecca Judd has revealed what her biggest regret was from her 20s as she stripped down to her underwear while applying fake tan in a new video
‘I used to go to the solarium a lot, maybe like two or three times a week. I would put a bag on my head because I didn’t want to get wrinkles,’ she said.
‘I would just cook the skin on my body. I’m lucky I don’t have more sun damage on my body.’
Bec shared her relief that she has not had any serious health consequences from her many years of using sunbeds – which can increase the risk of skin cancer due to the UV radiation.
The mother-of-four also said she regrets sleeping in her make-up, over-plucking her eyebrows and eating poorly when she was a young adult.
‘I used to come home from going out and I wouldn’t take my makeup off probably and I would just go to bed in it,’ she went on.
‘If I didn’t take my mascara off… I would wake up with an eye infection.’
Bec also said she suffered with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) throughout her 20s because she didn’t have a well-balanced diet.
‘I ate so badly. I lived off Red Rooster rooster rolls. So yum. White bread, really sweet mayonnaise and chicken and that’s it, I’d have a rooster roll every day,’ she confessed.

In the video, Bec also addressed backlash she has received from fans in the past over her tanning videos.
Fans have previously shared their concern over her using dark fake tan products while standing next to her all-white furniture, and she poked fun at the reaction in her latest video.
‘It’s fine, I’ve got a bissell cleaner if I get any marks on it, I’ll just zap it,’ Bec insisted.
‘But so far so good, I’ve been doing it in this spot for a while and no mistakes yet.’
Followers of the socialite were left stunned in July when she used the famously easy-to-stain brown lotion in her all-white bedroom.
‘Omg tan on the rug and ottoman… lol giving me anxiety too,’ wrote one person in the comments.
‘That bottle on the cream boucle is killing me inside,’ another commented with someone else adding, ‘Eeeek the fresh tan near the fresh white giving me chills!’
‘Can’t believe you are doing this in such a white/cream room! My OCD is kicking wanting to save that boucle chair,’ wrote someone else.
The confession came as she took to Instagram on Wednesday to spruik a tanning product and show off her enviable frame
However, many were impressed by Bec’s skills as the fashion designer didn’t stain the area around her at all.
‘And you’re an expert in tan application… Not even a drop on the furniture,’ said one fan.
Bec has long been a beacon of ageless beauty, spruiking skincare brands, facials and non-surgical treatments for her plump, age-defying visage.
For two decades, she has denied having any plastic surgery or cosmetic procedures, instead pointing to healthy living and expensive skincare as her saving grace.
However, fans of the socialite became sceptical recently when an influencer watch dog account on Instagram began sharing before and after pH๏τos of Bec.
The images cast doubt on her ‘natural transformation’ over the past 20 years ever since her debut at the 2004 Brownlow Medal in a now famous red dress.
Side-by-side pictures of the Jaggad co-founder from two decades ago until now showed her cheeks looking rounder and more defined as she flashed a pearly white smile.
But perhaps the most notable feature of all was the absence of lines on Bec’s flawless complexion – particularly around her eyes.
Despite the speculation, Bec has always remained firm on the claim she maintains her glowing complexion using face peels and skincare products.
Bec, who shares four children – twins Tom and Darcy, eight, daughter Billie, ten, and Oscar, 12 – with husband Chris Judd, has been an ambᴀssador for The Skincare Company since 2016 and a customer since 2014, often touting it online as her go-to for flawless skin.
The WAG also gets regular non-surgical cosmetic treatments from the Flawless Rejuvenation clinic in Melbourne.
She is known for regularly undergoing lavish treatments including microneedling, hydrafacials, laser genesis, fraxel laser treatments and LED masks.
